Villa Rustica is located in San Pietro in Vincoli, between the provinces of Forlì and Ravenna and about 15 km from both towns. Villa Rustica is an old farmhouse in exposed brick, skilfully renovated in a modern key by inserting elements of design characteristic of Art Nouveau with parts in Louis XIV style, creating pleasing, and not at all predictable, rooms. The garden, too - completely flat, it is equipped with a dining area and relaxation areas with sofas and hammocks which, together with a volleyball court and a five-a-side football pitch, ping pong and swimming pool, make this villa suitable for families with children. Furthermore, its strategic position allows guests to quickly reach destinations such as cities of art like Ravenna, the Mirabilandia amusement park or the trendy Riviera Romagnola.
Interior:
Villa Rustica has two floors. The main entrance leads into a central hallway with, on the left, a bright living area with ornamental fireplace, TV and direct exits to the garden. On the right is the modern kitchen where undisputed protagonist is the square wooden table in the centre of the room which, thanks to its shape, favours conviviality and conversation between all the diners. From the kitchen, you come to a reading room with red velvet sofas and, finally, to a bathroom with shower. From the entrance, a modern resin staircase leads up to the sleeping area. The master bedroom, a large open-plan area, features modern and minimal furnishings with a double bed, a TV area with sofa and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Following this you come to a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and another twin bedroom with joinable beds. Air conditioning on the first floor.
Park:
The garden, totally fenced with a 1.40 m high wire mesh, is a beautiful flat lawn, planted with flower and lavender bushes, tall trees and fruit trees such as apricots, plums and figs. The trees create natural shaded areas, furnished with swings and relaxation areas in a harmonious result. There is also a vegetable garden, which provides fresh vegetables available to guests. Once through the entrance gate there is a large unpaved parking area, containing up to 6 parking spaces. In the paved perimeter area, we find three dining areas equipped with tables, chairs and an umbrella, to enjoy lunches or dinners outdoors. There is also table tennis and a relaxation area with sofa and table where you can enjoy splendid evening aperitifs. To the side of the garden we find a play area suitable for adults and children consisting of a five-a-side football pitch and a volleyball court. It is specified that both are amateur.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is on the same level as the house and can be easily reached across 30 metres of garden. Rectangular and measuring 4 x 10 m, with a constant depth of 1.40 m, the pool is lined in PVC and has salt purification and a ladder for access to the water. The surrounding area in wood is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes € 50,00 per animal per week or part of week to be paid on site.
