Villa Ricordo is an elegant and welcoming ancient house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Ricordo you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Ricordo is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Ravello, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Ravello line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Minori beach) at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles).
Villa Ricordo is located on the top floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 25 steps).
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ricordo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Terrace 1
The first terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with majolica tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace decorated. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has four double-glazed large panoramic arched windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the entrance hall climbing five steps. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has two windows with a view of the sea, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room climbing four steps. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an age-old fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room also has two windows with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a nice view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two windows with a view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor through an access area.
