Our apartment on the top floor has 100m2 and is suitable for up to six people. From your own panoramic balcony you can enjoy the direct view of the valley of the 3000m peaks. In the two bedrooms, large double beds invite you to dream and in the living area there is a sofa bed for two people and a SmartTV. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and an internal toilet. All of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen-living room and WiFi. Each of our apartments has bed linen, a fully equipped bathroom, a ready-to-use kitchen and accessories for the little ones. Dog lovers are also very welcome! This holiday apartment comes with a carport space that has its own lockable storage room. There you can safely stow your bicycles, sleds or other bulky equipment. If you arrive with an e-car, you can use our in-house charging station to charge. In the common areas in the basement of our house, you will find our cozy shared sauna with shower and laundry facilities, as well as a drying room for your shoes, which is in operation in both summer and winter.

Our 30-kilometer-long Rauris Valley really offers everything that makes the winter sports enthusiast's heart beat faster. And in its family seclusion, Rauris is still a real insider tip in the Alpine country. Beginners as well as professionals experience unlimited fun on the slopes on around 32 kilometers of slopes from blue to black. In our deep snow paradise with loose, flaky powder snow slopes, an indescribable feeling of freedom awaits snowboarders and powder enthusiasts. And families with children are not neglected either. Children's ski schools and practice slopes create a safe space to “practice bogus” and older children can also put their skills to the test in our Funslope Park. Four managed huts offer a place to get together comfortably, where you can take a breather and regain your strength with regional Pinzgau delicacies.

An indescribable feeling of summer freshness flows through everyone who is out and about in the warm months in the Rauris Valley. Far away from the noisy city bustle and rushing traffic, countless possibilities open up in summery Rauris to stretch your legs, enjoy some mountain sun and the refreshing alpine air. Summits are waiting to be conquered by mountaineers of all kinds. The way up leads over easy hiking routes, demanding mountain paths or challenging via ferratas. Mountain bikers and leisurely e-bikers also get their money's worth on trails through picturesque mountain landscapes. Families with children can go on a voyage of discovery on designated themed hiking trails and playfully explore the alpine flora and fauna.
