GrĂŒtz is in the Havelland, about 100 km to the west of Berlin. Th well-equipped apartment is in a detached house with a fenced garden, at the heart of the tranquil locality. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the midst of the Havel landscape with its pristine nature â ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. The Havelland cycle path leads right past the house. The Havel flows past near the apartment. The forests and meadows surrounding the locality invite you to go on extensive walks.
The apartment is on the ground floor and provides 80mÂČ of living space. It comprises two double bedrooms, a daylight bathroom with underfloor heating, a large living room with a comfortable leather suite, a dining space and an integrated kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with a bedside table and reading lamp on either side. There is a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm) for a third and fourth guest. After a day trip, the comfortable leather suite with a three-seater and two armchairs invites you to relax together in the evening, with the flatscreen satellite TV providing entertainment. By the two large windows looking out into the garden, you can find a pull-out dining table and six chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for comprehensive self-catering: a dishwasher, a four-ring hob with an oven, a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. The bathroom has a window, a shower cubicle, a bath, WC and washbasin. A washing machine for your own exclusive use, board games, a junior bed, Wi-Fi, heating in all rooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom round off the amenities.
The site is fenced, so your dog can run around freely. Behind the house there is an outdoor terrace with seating and a parasol, or you can use the wooden pavilion for relaxing and dining outdoors. The whole garden is for your own exclusive use during your stay. There is a charcoal grill for preparing meals and a fire bowl for cooler evenings. Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge.
Cafes and restaurants await your visit within 100 metres. The nearest supermarket is in Rathenow 8km away. There are hourly trains to the capital Berlin. It is also easy to get to Potsdam by train. In GrĂŒtz there is a marina where boats can be hired. Each year a pair of storks moves into its nest, mostly to raise their young. On clear nights you can observe the starry sky.
