Luxury Villa Istria Prestige with Pool has a capacity for 8 adults and 2 children up to 14 years ( 8 adults on king-size beds + 2 children on pull out sofas in bedrooms 1 and 4).There are 4 bedrooms with king-size beds (200x210). Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower, and has access to the terrace with a telescope and beautiful sea view.
Outdoors feature a heated infinity pool, professional overflow hot tub and sunny terrace with sunbeds for relaxing. There are also a dining area and a professional kitchen.From the pool terrace you can access the living room, kitchen and dining room.Pool heating with heat pump available upon request.Heating and cooling of the pool is charged additionally:
In the period from 15.4.-31.5. and from 14.9.-15.11. with charge of 280€. From 1.6.-13.9. with charge of 150€.(Other dates on request and depending on external conditions, mostly high winds, deviations in water temperature are possible).
On the floor below ground is the entertainment area, fitness room, sauna, billiard room, playroom, home cinema and a wine corner.On disposal is a garage and five parking spaces.
