Beautiful pebble beaches can be found at a short driving distance from the villa, in the surroundings and in the city of Rabac. Several kilometres of “Lungo mare” long walking paths along the seafront, the charming medieval city of Labin on the hill above Rabac and large green areas suitable for many outdoor activities, fine local wines, cuisine and restaurants will make your stay more than pleasant.

The Villa is an ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the Istrian coast at a short distance from the main sightseeing points in Istria, Kvarner, Gorski Kotar and islands Cres, Losinj, Krk and Brijuni.

Villa’s garden and pool are positioned on the south next to the large green area with an amazing view of the distant mountain Ucka, the medieval city of Labin and neighbouring wine and olive fields. The villa, terraces and garden are exceptionally comfortable and relaxing.

Outdoor facilities include a large, heated pool 55m2 (11x5m), lush green lawns, a high green fence and mature trees in the completely fenced 2000m2 property. The automatic watering system allows you to have an always green lawn. Your children and pets will be safe in a fully fenced-garden.

This property is equipped with the latest technology. The pool is heated to a temperature of 28º C. The heat pump heated pool allows the use of the pool in early spring and autumn. A fully automatic pool cover protects children and pets from accidents and involuntary baths. The pool uses salt water electrolysis, resulting in only 10% chlorine production compared to that of traditional chlorine pools. As a consequence, you'll experience neither chlorine smell nor skin nor eye irritation. The salt level is lower than that of seawater.

The automatic irrigation system provides a green lawn, ideal for children's games. Children's games such as Badminton rackets and beach balls are provided. A public children's playground with table tennis is located 200 meters from the villa.

Villa Labin has a large luxurious kitchen and living room, three bedrooms and over 70m2 of terraces. All the rooms are exceptionally spacious. The villa is designed for two couples with 2 to 4 children. Two master double bedrooms can accommodate two couples and one smaller room with two single beds is the most suitable for children.

The entire villa is air-conditioned. All the bedrooms, living room and kitchen have air-conditioning units (total 5 air-conditioning units). All the doors and windows have motorised roller shutters except the large sliding door in the living room that is protected by the covered terrace.

The WIFI Internet free of charge is available throughout the entire house, terraces and most of the garden.

An open-plan German design kitchen is spacious and equipped with an oven, microwave, American fridge with an ice maker and dishwasher, all the best brands. Villa’s large living room has a beautiful leather corner sofa next to a vast real stone open fireplace. Of course, a 55" flat-screen smart satellite television is not lacking.

Impressive 4-meter-wide sliding doors lead to the covered terrace. Here you will have Mediterranean dishes. From this large terrace, you will have a view of the green rolling hills and the old town of Labin.

The box spring king-size beds will make your night as pleasant as your day. You will find the luxury and spacious main bathroom on the ground floor with a comfortable large rain shower head and a self-heating bath with a whirlpool. The second master bedroom on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom with a massage shower, soft-close toilet and sinks. A large balcony gives you an even larger view of the rolling hills, olive fields and old town of Labin.

The entire house, garden and pool are at your disposal for sole use. The following services are included in the price: weekly pool and garden maintenance, all lump-sum additional costs such as electricity and water as well as heating and cooling. Sheets, towels, pool towels and kitchen textiles are abundant and are provided free of charge.

In just a few minute's drive from the villa is the beautiful medieval city of Labin. The picturesque old town is situated on the hill above Rabac. Its Roman name Albona was first mentioned in 285 AD but used to be inhabited as early as 2000 BC. The Municipal Loggia, built in 1550 as a community centre, is extremely well preserved and worth a look. Your attention will be drawn to the main town door of St. Flor dating from 1589 with the Labin coat of arms and the Serenissima lion above, palaces, mediaeval fortifications with Renaissance bastion, and the 17th-century church tower – the highest point from which one can see Rabac and Kvarner bay. One of the loveliest buildings in Labin is the ochre-red Battiala-Lazzarini Palace built in the 17th and 18th centuries, now home to a museum displaying archaeological, cultural and historical artefacts.

The city of Labin and Rabac are two adjacent settlements functioning as one urban unit.
Four large supermarkets, bakeries and several small shops can be found in the lower city of Labin, on the way to the beaches. Many restaurants and bars can be also found in Labin and Rabac.

Do not miss an opportunity to enjoy natural beaches in Rabac just ten-minute drive from the villa. Many beautiful pebble beaches and scenic sea views will leave no one indifferent. The beaches in Rabac, surrounded by crystal clear waters, are known as the most beautiful in Istria.
Large beaches in Rabac: St. Andrea, Girandella, Lanterna, Maslenica, Priznja and 4-5 dog beaches in the area.

During your stay in the Villa Labin, you have an opportunity to rent a boat and take boat trips through beautiful bays around Rabac, visit islands Cres and Losinj, or have fun visiting casinos, bars and restaurants in the luxury resort city of Opatija, further in direction of the south coast you can reach the nature park Cape Kamenjak and the National Park Brijuni.
