🏡 On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a spacious lounge area, opening onto a beautiful garden with a terrace 🌿☀️ – perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Upstairs, there’s a double bedroom and two twin rooms, one of which has bunk beds – ideal for families or groups of friends.
The house features 2 bathrooms, air conditioning ❄️, and private parking 🚗.
A peaceful corner where you can relax in the open air and enjoy the beauty of the Riviera!
🛤️ To reach the entrance, you’ll walk a path from the parking area and pass through a few gates – a small journey leading to great relaxation.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For anything you need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND FLEXIBLE SELF CHECK-IN
You can access the apartment via Self Check-In, so you can arrive with total freedom and no constraints.

• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is available in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linen.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of damage to furniture or fabrics, a charge will be applied.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, for up to 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
