The Space:

Features of this detached, 2,000 sq ft house include 2 en-suite bedrooms complete with 2 full baths, terra cotta floors, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table for 4, beamed ceilings, open living space with ambient fireplace, plus office nook for those who may need a dedicated workspace. You will certainly appreciate the accommodations as there is a custom California King bed in one suite and 2 queen beds in the secondary suite. Full size washer/dryer inside the home. There is driveway space available for up to 2 cars. You may also enjoy the full-size tennis & basketball court, fenced dog house, garden & orchard! Guests will not only bask in the brilliant architecture, lush grounds & grand entrance, but the extensive amenities. Relish in the ultimate long vacation in this spectacular, light filled guest abode - luxury, endless activities, nature & tranquility are yours. Please note, this listing is solely for the casita - not the main residence on the property. There is also an expandable option to add on a private office space adjacent to the casita for an additional fee. Pets may be allowed with approval and fee.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire private separate casita, but please note there is a main residence on the opposite side of the property as well. It is unlikely that you would see the other guests aside from driving on /off property. There is a gorgeous private pool, spa, sauna and outdoor kitchen on the grounds but use of those facilities is subject to the main house occupancy. Please inquire with Management before booking if these are a critical component

• There is a main residence on the property as well as this detached casita• 30-night minimum stay • No Smoking • Guests ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: Garage, driveway, and street parking available for guests • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
