The living room is a cozy haven, featuring ample seating and tasteful decor that reflects the natural beauty of the surrounding desert. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and contains all the essentials required to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a dinner party, this kitchen will inspire your inner chef. The home features a stacked washer and dryer. Additionally, the property offers a parking garage that can fit one vehicle and two in the driveway. Please note, the fireplace is for decor only.



SLEEPING QUARTERS

At the end of the day, retreat to the tranquil sleeping quarters. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, offering plush bedding and thoughtful details that ensure a restful night's sleep. The Main bedroom features a king bed, and a 50in. Smart TV, and spacious closet. The main bath includes dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and plenty of storage space. The Guest Room features a king bed located next to the hallway bath, which features a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.

This unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Mirage Cove, across from The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2.5 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 2 miles away.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
