ABOUT THE DEL WEBB RANCHO MIRAGE COMMUNITY:
The Del Webb Rancho Mirage is resort-style living and the best 55+ active adult community in the desert. Amenities include a community clubhouse, fitness center, pools and spa, 8 pickle-ball courts, 6 tennis courts and more than 6 miles of walking paths. The Club House is gorgeous and has entertainment and socials that you will be able to enjoy as well. The Outlook Lounge is open every Thursday and Friday from 5pm - 7pm and serves beer, white and red wine, bubbles, soft drinks, lemonade, tea and sparkling water. Entertainment is scheduled as well. The design of Del Webb makes it easy to enjoy life and take advantage of the exceptional dining opportunities, golf, shopping and so much more in the surrounding areas. The Westin Mission Hills Rancho Mirage Resort is conveniently located across the street from the Del Webb Rancho Mirage community. The Westin Mission Hill Rancho Mirage Resort offers golf, a spa, restaurants and more. We are minutes away from the famous El Paseo shopping area and restaurants and convenient to over 100 golf courses in the area. We are 15 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport and downtown Palm Springs. 30 minutes to the world famous Cabazon Outlets as well as the new Acrisure Arena located in Thousand Palms. The Acrisure Arena is home to many great events. The 2024 event schedule includes Jeff Lynne, Shakira and Chayanne. It is also the home for the Coachella Valley Firebird Ice Hockey Team. ABOUT OUR HOME:
Our beautiful new luxury 3 bedroom home is the Voyage model at Del Webb Rancho Mirage. This open floor plan has a 15 ft ceiling in the great room with floor to ceiling windows and magnificent views of the mountains. Our home has new custom furniture in all rooms as well as custom lighting, fans, bedspreads and linens. We have custom brick work in the Great Room and entrance. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from our custom pool as well as from inside the home. The floor to ceiling windows open the home to beautiful views from almost every room. Electric blinds in the Master Bedroom and the Guest Master. Enjoy the large open kitchen with an upgraded dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. Fully equipped with everything needed for a fabulous meal or cocktail. The large covered patio includes a 70" TV, L-shaped custom seating, dining table with 4 chairs and a fire pit table centered in the seating area. Views, views, views. Get ready for awesome sunsets on the patio or a beautiful sunrise from your Master Bedroom picture window.

The Music room/Office area has an electric baby grand piano, game table with seating for 6 (perfect for puzzles) and custom cabinetry for the office area. This area looks through the Great Room with a view of the patio and pool.

The backyard has a pool designed with a tanning ledge, 3 waterfalls and lighting. There is a second covered patio with a built-in Bull BBQ area with a high table and 2 chairs to watch the sunrise or sunset. The BBQ covered patio has a putting green next to it which creates a park-like ambiance. Lovely too for Corn Hole and Putting games. .

Our garage has custom cabinetry, an epoxy floor and accommodates 1 car and the golf cart. A second car may be parked on the driveway. The golf cart is also available for rent at the rate of $100 per day. There is a golf cart garage which is used by the Owner and not available.

Desert get away

Winter is a long time in Idaho and we needed a get away to golf courses and warmth. This Del Webb home was a wonderful spot to land!!! We were surrounded by luxury and gorgeous views.

Awesome February in the Desert

Our family left the bitter cold of MN looking for some fun in the sun. We found the perfect home for our family in Rancho Mirage. It was such a beautiful home and by far the best one we've rented in the desert so far. It was very well stocked with anything you would need to cook meals with, extra linens, and beach towels for the community pool. We really enjoyed the amenities at the club house from work out room, swimming pool, pickle ball courts , tennis courts and bocce ball courts. We used it all. The view from the back yard was amazing. The outdoor living space was a go to place every evening to chill out and watch a movie. The location of this home was perfect being 15 mins from airport and central in the valley. Thank you to Jennifer and her team for a very lovely stay in her beautiful home.

Summertime in Palm Springs

My family and I have been fortunate enough to travel many places over the last 15 years, but none of our rental experiences compare to this one! From start to finish, this homeowner made it seamless and easy, just the way it should be. Additionally, she had her smart home setup with detailed instructions on how to operate everything
from the TV’s to the jacuzzi
we were beyond impressed! We are already discussing our next trip to this incredible home! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Beautiful House, just as it looks

Only reason there was a couple of 4 Stars was the sand due to construction and seasonal winds. Just gave up trying to use the backyard and unable to go to the pool due to no key fob. Other then that it was a model home with all the upgrades.

Wonderful!

We stayed here for the month of February. Jennifer, the owner, was extremely easy to work with from the very beginning. Not only was booking easy but Jennifer sent us all the information about the home before we arrived so we would be well versed on how to work everything. Upon arrival we were met by Eddie, the concierge, who could not have been more pleasant. He showed us around the home, made sure we were comfortable with everything and was there to answer any questions. We were staying not only to get out of the cold Pacific Northwest winter but to also celebrate a birthday and our wedding anniversary. Jennifer had a bottle of champagne for us in the refrigerator and a basket of goodies and a card to welcome us. The house is beautiful! It is elegantly decorated but also feels very comfortable and cozy. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the view every single day and looked forward every morning to opening the blinds to see it. The weather was beautiful. It was sunny every day. We did have a wind storm and the wind does blow the sand in to the courtyard and patio. There were a few days where the wind blew in the morning and stopped by the afternoon so we did clean the sand off the patio and outdoor furniture several times but we didn’t mind, just an FYI not a complaint. We just really enjoyed being outside. We did use the community pool which was great also but we never did try the pickle ball or tennis courts. There are trails throughout the development that make an early morning walk easy and enjoyable. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and the property. If the house had not already been booked for March we would have extended our stay. We definitely hope to return.
