Remodeled Fabulous Fun Rancho Mirage Home! BBQ, Pool, Spa, Access to Hiking Trails!

INTERIOR

The private home is in the heart of Magesia Falls Cove, Rancho Mirage. The property features a large front yard with a two-car garage and a spacious driveway. The entry opens to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all with views of the gorgeous backyard and mountain scenery. The living room is furnished with a large sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV. The kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room and feature a waterfall kitchen island with a wine fridge. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space.

OUTDOORS

Exit through the living room into the covered patio, which offers a beautiful view of the backyard and mountains. The covered patio features a dining table for six. The property also includes a five-burner built-in BBQ and BBQ island with seating for six. You can soak up the sunshine on chaise lounges, or enjoy your favorite games under the misters on the backyard gazebo with the mountain backdrop. The backyard features a couple of hammocks for relaxing, and on cooler nights, you can warm up with your loved one next to the outdoor fire pit. The backyard offers a small gate to exit onto the hiking trails in Rancho Mirage.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom is situated in the east wing of the property and includes a king-sized bed, plenty of natural light, and access to the sun deck with views of the mountains. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. Guest bedrooms two and three are furnished with queen beds, closets, and ceiling fans, as well as 42-inch Smart TVs, and share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom, located on the west side of the property, features a king-sized bed, ample sunlight, access to the backyard, and a 42-inch Smart TV. It also has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO DO

This unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Mirage Cove, across from The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2.5 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 2 miles away.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. No smoking, no parties. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean when we arrived and we found the kitchen well equipped with very nice appliances both large and small. Great location and nice quiet neighborhood. The pool area and yard were great spots for entertaining family and friends.

Another Great Stay in Rancho Mirage!

We really enjoyed our month of May in Rancho Mirage! The home we rented was great, just like the photos. The house was well equipped, furnishings were nice, very comfortable home. The backyard was amazing, very large, our dog loved roaming around back there, the backyard was fenced and very private. Great views of the mountain, good size swimming pool, nice outdoor eating/entertainment areas, we bbq'd most nights. The neighborhood is great for walking, quiet/safe, is close to restaurants & shopping. We hope to return!

Stunning backyard, with Mountain View’s!!!”

My girlfriends and I rented this beautiful home and had the most “AMAZING” time! The backyard is a show stopper, there’s plenty of room to hang out in the pool, hammocks, hiking trails right outside of the home, outdoor seating with a TV. The beds were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space around the home to relax. We were within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and grocery stores. This is a prime location, it doesn’t get better than this.! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic yard for entertaining and relaxing!!

What a great property! We had a wonderful stay at Magnesia Falls. We relaxed, entertained and enjoyed all the outside areas. The yard has so many areas to relax and enjoy. We used the spa and pool every day. The inside is great too. The master suite is very spacious and has everything you will need, including the massive closet. The kitchen is perfect with easy access to the outside areas. The home is in a perfect location close to all shopping and all consumer needs. We had 20 people for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room for everyone. We played cornhole and brought our bocce balls and did lawn bowling on the fake grass. The only negative is that the pool coping paint is falling apart and goes into the pool, especially when the landscaper comes and blows it into the pool. And the patio furniture and bean bag chairs are showing their age and will need replacing soon. Same with the pool noodles and float toys.
