No pool or spa; the home has two kitchens, central air and heat, and sleeps up to 16 with air mattresses available.



No pets. Events are by advance approval only, with fees of $1,000 (up to 20 guests), $2,000 (up to 40), or $3,000 (40 to 60), a 3-day minimum, and a 10pm noise cutoff; message before booking rather than instant-booking for an event.



Please mind the lawn sprinklers in the yard.
