Pet Policy

We happily welcome ONE dog under 40 lbs with a $135 pet fee.
To keep the cabin in excellent condition for all guests:

Pets must be crated when you’re not inside the cabin

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding

A $250 fee applies for any required cleaning of hair from bedding or furniture

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the cabin.
A $350 fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected indoors.

Fishing & Pond Rules

Our pond is stocked for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Catch and release only

Please supervise children

No swimming, boating, or keeping fish

Occupancy & Age Requirements

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

All guests must be 22 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

Simple Checkout Instructions

We keep checkout easy and stress-free. Before leaving, please:

Wash and put away any dishes you used (or leave clean in the drying rack)

Wipe kitchen counters and stove if needed

Return furniture to original positions

Check closets, drawers, porch, and bathroom for personal items

Ensure all windows are closed and locked

Lock the cabin door on your way out
