This home is centrally located, making it easy to explore Durham without hassle. Downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are just a short walk away, while Duke University, DPAC, and the Durham Bulls ballpark are only a quick drive. Free parking is available for up to two cars. Guests can also use Uber, Lyft, or the GoDurham bus system for easy access around the city. RDU International Airport is about 20 minutes away by car.

No parties or events are permitted.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles on-site/street.

Pet-friendly with prior approval and fee. The property is fenced.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM to respect neighbors.

The home is professionally cleaned and stocked with starter supplies (toiletries, coffee, paper goods).

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation.
