Great Location. The pool was a plus even with the walk. The neighbors were super friendly. The house was very clean. Everyone had their own bathroom so no one was fighting. This place was perfect for my boys and I. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, wonderful stay for family of 4 with infant

Loved being able to spread out, yet still visit and entertain our family of 4 adults and one infant - everyone had their own space but could also play cards at night together and eat breakfast every morning. Two bathrooms on the bedrooms and one central on the main floor were so convenient. We enjoyed the pool. Short walk to Food Lion, Sheetz, Wendy’s and more. About 20 mins or so to lots of points of interest and direct access to the Neuse trail for hiking. Some wear around the home, but nothing that would keep us from coming back. Amazing communication with the owner/host about any and all issues. Amazingly accommodating with checkin and check out. Amenities like sponges, cups, kitchen utensils, paper towels, pack and play, and more all available. Great soaps and bath products. Home was so clean! Baby could crawl around without concern. Would absolutely visit again.

Overall we had a great stay! Very quiet neighborhood with only some minor traffic noise. There are a few repairs needed around the home but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. We would stay here again and the host was responsive.

Great place to stay. Centrally located with stores and things to do near by. Quiet neighborhood. River walk very close by for easy walking. Would recommend North Carolina Art Museum walking paths

Perfect trip

Clean and convenient rental. Excellent communication from property manager. So much better than a hotel given the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with washer/dryer. Will definitely book again when are in the area for soccer!

OK, Some issues, Rough around the edges

The Good Modern, quiet, safe. Chris the manager came over quickly and addressed the issues of items broken. Nice guy. The Bad and the Ugly 1. A sizeable (about an inch or more long) live roach in the queen bedroom on the carpet. 2. The kitchen trash can lid was broken and needed replaced. 3. The TV remotes did not work correctly. The remote for living room (LR) - the batteries were dead. Long story short the remotes in both the LR and BR were not operating correctly. 4. Back Bedroom (king bed) is next to a highway, so light is constantly flashing as cars pass. Most of time it is minor, but still somewhat of an annoyance. (see blinds issue noted below) 5. Rough around the edges: ‱ kitchen stove hood is partially missing – and you can see the dirt and grime inside the partial hood. ‱ staircase looks like a battle zone – handrails, walls, and stairs are all nicked up, It looks like years of wear and tear on the stairs has never been fixed or cleaned up. ‱ blinds do not completely cover some bedroom windows so light comes in but also people can probably see in at certain places. 6. Strict HOA rules and we not told about this until we got the final email right before our arrival. Renters should tell you all the rules before you rent the place. ‱ Quiet hours 7pm to 7am. We have never seen quiet hours this early, ever, anywhere we have traveled. ‱ Wording of rules sounds like a very strict, strong rule driven HOA complex. Need to be very careful of your behavior.
