Enjoy complete access to the entire Accessory Dwelling, a private yard and home located behind an historic duplex. You'll have the convenience of a keypad-secured front door, allowing for easy access at any time.

The Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood, affectionately known as "Durham's Front Porch," offers a vibrant and historic urban experience. You'll find yourself within easy reach of downtown Durham, perfect for exploring on foot, by bike, or a quick Lyft ride. Embrace the neighborhood's diverse atmosphere and the lively mix of residents that make this area so unique.



Getting Around:

Easy access to I85, NC-147 etc. Uber and Lyft are common in Durham so no worries if you don't have a car! There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walkable to downtown, too.



Other Things to Note:

Our Smart TV is ready for your entertainment! You can log into Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and other apps. We offer YouTubeTV instead of cable, so you can enjoy lots of live and on-demand programs.
