This property is managed by Row Hosts LLC. We screen our amazing guests, and a security deposit is placed as a hold for incidentals on your card. Once your stay is completed, the hold is removed from your account and the amount is refunded. Our system is integrated with the booking channel system and we utilize Stripe payment processing system. This means booking as usual through the platform on our guests' end. We just like to be transparent about the security measures we put in place to protect our guests.

To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

We care about you and your experience so as stated above this property has outside security cameras on the premises. There is also a minut decibel monitor that monitors noise level to ensure that the quiet hours are being followed and indoor cigarette smoke detection. No food or drink is allowed inside of the bedrooms.

No pets; however, there is an exception for Service Animals: We recognize the importance of service animals for individuals with disabilities. If you have a service animal, please notify us in advance, providing relevant documentation, so that we can make necessary arrangements.

This property has trash disposal guidelines. Please separate recyclables from regular trash and dispose of them in the designated bins. Two trash cans are located in the butler's pantry. The wide-mouth stainless steel trash can is for trash. The narrow stainless steel trash can is for recycling.

Furthermore, the local trash collection service picks up trash early on Wednesday mornings. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that guests empty the indoor trash cans into the large garbage bins located on the back patio.

Then please move the large garbage bins from the back patio to the edge of the road on the front left side of the house on Tuesday evenings. We ask that guests who are staying on Wednesdays after the trash has been picked up by the garbagemen kindly move the garbage bins back to the back patio. Please notify your host if you would rather have someone else come to the property and move the bins during your stay.

To facilitate a smooth parking experience for all guests, please adhere to the following parking guidelines: Garage Usage is Prohibited. However, Free Parking is located in the Driveway: You are welcome to park up to cars in the driveway free of charge. Street Parking: Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. You may comfortably park another car on the street if needed. Be mindful of neighbors' driveways and access points. Avoid blocking any driveways or impeding traffic flow.

This property is equipped with a CPI Security System, including a total of three outdoor security cameras. Two cameras are located in the front of the house, and one camera is positioned in the back. These cameras are in place to enhance the safety and protection of our guests and the property.

Guests are strictly prohibited from tampering with or unplugging any of the outdoor cameras. These cameras are vital for the security of the property and the safety of all guests.

Any violation of the security measures, including tampering with or unplugging the cameras, will result in immediate eviction from the property. In addition, a penalty of $1000 will be charged to cover any potential damages or disruption to the security system.

Access Code Entry: Guests will receive a unique access code to unlock the door during their stay. This code is exclusive to your party and should not be shared with anyone outside of your group. Guests should lock doors and windows when they leave the property.
