This is a private room rental in a brand-new townhome in southeast Raleigh, ideally located for remote workers and traveling healthcare professionals working at WakeMed, Duke Raleigh, UNC REX, and other hospitals across the Triangle. The home has never been lived in before — you'll be among the first to call it home.

A second similar room is also available on the same upper floor, so you may have one housemate in the room next to yours. Each room is fully private and individually keyed.

About Me as Your Host

My boyfriend and I live on the ground floor in our own private bedroom, two levels below the rental rooms. We both travel a lot for work but work from home when we're not. That separation means you'll have the entire upstairs to yourself (or share it with one other tenant). We respect privacy and quiet hours, and I understand the rhythm of healthcare schedules — overnights, early mornings, and contract shifts. Communication is direct and easy.

Tenants have priority access to the single-car garage
Ample free street parking available right outside
