Our home, walking distance from Franklin St, has everything you could possibly need for a vacation with your friends/family. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this professionally cleaned 5 bed/bath home is perfect to get away. With top-notch amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, you are set to have a comfortable and stress-free vacation in Chapel Hill.

The Space:
As you enter this home, you will find a spacious and comfortable living room as well as a fully stocked kitchen and dining area for your convenience. The living room has a large, comfortable couch set for movie nights with your group. As you walk upstairs you will encounter 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - multiple en-suite, where you will have plenty of room to spread out with friends and family while you enjoy your time in Chapel Hill.

Once you are ready to explore the charming town of Chapel Hill, you will find an endless variety of stores, restaurants and bars at your fingertips. Only minutes away, you are in a prime location to conveniently explore. Additionally, you will be in a very safe area where you can feel at ease if you are interested in walking. Not only will you be close to everything and anything UNC related, you are also 7 minutes away from Carrboro, which also has many attractions and hosts a number of concerts with many artists and bands.

The well know Franklin St is the center of all university activity in Chapel Hill. It is considered the center of social life for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and it is home to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, museums, music stores and bars. The street in downtown Chapel Hill is notable for its festivities, nightlife, and culture. The stretch of college-oriented businesses continues west into neighboring Carrboro. Both streets are home to small music venues, like the Cat's Cradle and the Carrboro Arts Center, which were influential in the birth of Chapel Hill rock, and Chapel Hill's Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, as well as the Auckland Art Museum.

Uber is recommended to get around if you don’t have your own vehicle.
Also you can walk 5 minutes to teh famous Franklyn St !!!!

There’s absolutely no smoking allowed inside the property. A $500 fee will be charged if the house is left with bad smell from smoking .

The location is fantastic. It is easily walkable. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and the owner was extremely communicative and helpful. The setup and number of bathrooms was very nice and worked well for our family gathering of 10. The front porch was very comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is compact but provides necessities I would recommend the property and would return.

Family Connection Weekend

Our family needed a quick and easy space for a brief weekend of fun and laughter. The bedroom/bathroom arrangement was perfect for our group. The property's location made it easy to get to a lot of places.

Great spot for a family gathering!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our family! There were 4 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one with its own bathroom next to it. Also included a two bed one bath house in the back with nice deck to enjoy. Very clean and well equipped. Off street parking. Not far from campus/Franklin St and easy access to Bolin Creek Trail. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home but needs better stocking

The home has 7 bedrooms and 6 baths each bedroom came with 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. No face cloths or bath mats. The kitchen had 1 hand towel that’s it no dishwasher detergent The day we went to check out all the tvs stopped working that morning at 7 am like the cable was disconnected. Thought that was a bit rude. The home and neighborhood was perfect the beds very comfortable and the inside of the house was spotless There was a total of 6 butter knife and 11 forks and 14 spoons for all guest and one broke. Fry pan For someone that was planning on cooking for this family get together this was a major disappointment. We also had a black stone grill available to us but it took us 2 hours to clean the dirt and rust off it to use it. And no grilling tools or grease to treat the top of it afterwards. Again the actual home was beautiful but I do think more attention should be giving to the stock of linens and dishes and cooking items when renting this to large crowds.

Beautiful and Spacious

The property was beautiful, spacious and had privacy for everyone. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we found wanting was bedside tables, extra garbage bags and a house “guide” for like checkout expectations and WiFi info. Also the amenities listed hairdryers but we did not find one anywhere, lol. Otherwise it was a perfect place for our family to spend time together. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Location and Great Space for a Party of 7

It was great to have a space that fit our entire staff of 7. 5 of the staff had their own bathroom and that was really nice. It was also nice that each staff person had their own room as well. Washer and dryers were nice to have as well. The bathroom floor in the apartment bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Looks like it could've used a good sweeping, but we didn't see a broom. There were also long strands of hair on a few of the towels, so that was kinda gross.

Weekend in Chapel Hill

House was wonderful and well maintained. Plenty of parking.Only thing it needed was dish cloths and dish towels and storage bowl in kitchen . Will definitely keep it this house in mined if I’m coming back to area.
