The Space:
As you enter this home, you will find a comfortable living room with a smart TV for you to enjoy movie nights with friends and family. To the left, you will see a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee area where you will have all of your caffeinated needs. Additionally, you will see a small dining area and a washer and dryer for your convenience. As you go into the bedrooms, you will see two bedrooms each with a Queen sized bed. There is also a desk for anyone working virtually. Finally, there is a fenced in area in the back for you to enjoy a nice day with friends and family.
Guest Access:
You will have access to unit #3 of this triplex.
The Neighborhood:
You are extremely close to downtown and a 7 minute walk to the "Golden Belt" of Durham. This is a vibrant space in Durham with an art gallery, food, drinks, and a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy live music. Great for enjoying a nice day with friends or family, you are seconds away from everything you could possibly need in Durham. Downtown is also very close, with a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores for you to explore.
