* Bedroom 2 – queen sized bed. This room has direct access to the deck

* Bedroom 4 – three x single beds
* Bathroom with bath and separate shower
* Open kitchen, lounge and living area opening onto large north facing deck
* Kitchen with island bench, four burner gas cooktop and dishwasher
* Living area with TV and DVD player
* Laundry with washing machine and outdoor access to clothesline. Clothes dryer is located in the downstairs garage if required.

Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
