Our unique location on the island you can see the Sunrise and Sunset from the house (See photos).
Water access with just a few steps going into the Sea due to our low elevation above the ocean. Comfortable concrete steps - No flimsy stairs or ladders here or large cliffs to climb down like others. Sidewalks go from the lower deck to the water access.
We provide many features you do not normally find in island house rentals in Eleuthera.
High end comfortable furniture is provided including cushioned chaise lounges, comfy-cushioned gliders for cocktails, and a large round bistro table for grilling and dining. Our favorite feature of the home is the large shaded deck. Throughout the day, there is always an area on the deck that keeps you shaded when you need a little break from the sunshine. For guests who love sunbathing, a lower sun deck with loungers is available at the bottom of the main deck stairs. To refresh, an outdoor hot and cold water shower exists right next to this deck. The sundeck transforms at night to become the perfect area for stargazing. As an out island, Eleuthera has a dark background sky perfect for romantic stargazing by a balmy Bahama breeze. Walk across the natural bridge to the point that jetties out into the sea. An arched bench gives you the best spot to watch sunsets and spot sea turtles.
The interior of the home has wood-look tile flooring, neutral beach colors, two leather recliners, a media table and chairs, a large kitchen with an island perfect for cooking, making cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, or just lounging. Stainless steel appliances including a propane range, full sized double door refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee pot, and toaster stock the kitchen. The home has an air conditioner in both the bedroom, as well as the main common area. A large wall mounted Smart TV with an Amazon Firestick give the ability to TV watch while enjoying the Caribbean views. Wireless internet is also included.
Caribbean views can be seen from the 2 large bedroom windows with sunset colors, moonlight and stars, as well as a beautiful morning sunrise while still resting your head on the pillows. The bed is queen size with an extra thick hybrid foam mattress. The clothes closet is next to the bathroom, as we find on island we are often changing and showering from beach to restaurants. The full size washer and dryer is right next to the closet, as is the towel closet. A white subway tiled mosaic beach glass shower with glass wall doors allow you to shower with a window view of the Caribbean Sea and a large sink provides plenty of counter space.
Outside the entrance deck is a beach storage box for a cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrella or anything you want to remove from the car to make beach going easier. A sand rinse is located right by the door to keep your toes comfy.
There are many stores containing the supplies you need to make yourself comfortable on island.
