Interior:
The 80 sqm, fully air-conditioned villa is on a single floor. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance leading to an open-plan living area with lounge and smart tv, dining area with table for six, compact kitchen with washing machine compartment. Large windows open to indoor-outdoor furniture setup. SLEEPING AREA - Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; second bedroom (sleeps four), served by a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outside. External staircase leading to the roof terrace with hot tub.

Park:
The 300 sqm private grounds are bordered by a wall covered with climbing plants. The flat garden features lawn, lemon trees, and flowering shrubs, interspersed with paths and tiled terraces. The French windows of the living area open onto a terrace with the swimming pool and solarium, divided between lawn and paved areas. The access road to the villa is a dead-end road, for this small row of villas. There is parking for two cars per villa, located just outside the pedestrian gate leading to the villa via a paved driveway.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The pool, located a few steps from the house, measures 10 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.2 m. Chlorine purification; internal and external lighting; submerged steps for easy access. The solarium features a paved area with sunbeds, and a cold-water shower is available on the lawn. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
