Whenua Apartment with Spa Pool minutes from Surf Breaks

The Whenua Apartment at Koru Lodge is a spacious, two-level apartment. The unit has a private deck with a spa pool and space for lounging, with views of the Tasman Sea.

The layout of the first level has a beautiful open-living plan, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There's a queen size bedroom that opens up on to the deck, and a fully bathroom with a double head shower. The second level is made up of the second bedroom, also with a queen bed.

The kitchen/dining/lounge area opens up onto the deck with bi-folding doors so you can really bring the outside in.

The unit has a heat pump to keep you warm on the cool wintery nights and a smart TV so you can connect to your favourite streaming platforms.

You can walk to Whale Bay in 6 minutes to get your surf fix, and the drive to Raglan town is about 12 minutes. We are also surrounded by gorgeous native bush, and if you have a wonder around the property you might get lucky and find some trees fruiting.

The Rua apartment is one of 4 apartments part of the same complex, all with similar layouts, but have private decks so it does feel like you have your own rental home. If you have more than 4 people, let us know and we can try to organise renting more than one of the apartments for your group.

The owners, Bethany and Jaco, live on-site so if you need anything you can get in touch with them during your stay, but they also respect your privacy and can leave you to it. They are happy to help with information about Raglan and are able to assist in booking yoga and surf lessons.
