Large windows let in all the natural light you could wish for in the beautifully decorated living room. Turn on the gas fireplace and watch the sun slowly set over the mountains. The premium Shaw cable package and wifi ensure you can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use.
BASEMENT
The spacious downstairs entertainment and living area features a queen-size sofa bed, large sectional, 70â Smart TV with Shaw cable, sound system, and a stocked popcorn bar, completing the true home theatre experience. Challenge each other to a game on the PlayStation 4, the foosball table, or one of the board games. Step outside to the walkout patio and enjoy your private year-round hot tub, which is also only steps away from the complexâs seasonal pool and hot tub in the inner courtyard.
KITCHEN
This fully stocked chef`s kitchen with gorgeous black stainless steel appliances has everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!
Included Supplies:
- Full set of pots, pans, baking sheets, turkey roaster and dinnerware for large meals
- Serving utensils and kitchen gadgets, including a garlic press, potato masher, whisks, veggie peeler and more.
- BBQ tongs
- Complete set of knives
- Coffee maker
- Black stainless steel fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.
Included Consumables:
- Coffee, tea and sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Bedroom #2 (Upstairs): Two single beds
Basement/Living Area (Downstairs): Queen pull-out sofa bed

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and dryer sheets that you are free to use.
PARKING
Guests will have access to a single (1) designated parking space in front of the unit. There is additional visitor parking just down the road. Please note that visitor parking is extremely limited, and street parking is not allowed in the community, so we highly advise carpooling.

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

4. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a fee for odour removal.
5. We ask that you please respect the neighbours as they are great people.
6. We provide high-quality hotel linens and proper makeup removal cloths for our property. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
