Nestled in Radium’s peaceful northside, this 2-bedroom townhome is the perfect getaway for couples, small families, and their pets. Enjoy mountain views from the private balcony with BBQ and seating, or unwind in your own 6-person hot tub on the walkout patio. Guests also have access to the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub (June 1 - August 31). Just 3 minutes from downtown Radium and 5 minutes from the world-famous mineral hot springs.

LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.


PARKING
You will have access to the private driveway spot as your designated parking spot. There are additional visitor parking spaces available within the complex.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes, and marvel at the grazing big horn sheep with the mountains as your background. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive, and the world-famous Radium hot springs 5 minutes away. If your holiday goals are to recharge and relax, Radium is your destination.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

Saw deer close from the balcony one morning. Great view of the entrance to Kootenay NP from main bedroom, living room and balcony. Fantastic base to explore the National Park. Really comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Ideal location with views of the valley and wonderful sunrise off the deck and sunset from the front porch. Although we did not use the pool facilities, they were very close and looked wonderful. We will look at returning to this property in the future.

Mini Vacation

Didn’t want to leave! Love the area and complex, pool is so nice, so quiet in complex, the view from top deck is so nice and peaceful! Couldn’t use bottom deck due to mosquitoes being so bad, but it’s nice backing onto green space and ridge. The townhouse was cozy, everything we needed in kitchen, board games and air conditioning, comfy couches and beds. We hope to be back, perhaps even this summer would be great for another few days!

Oasis in the mountains

This rental was lovely. The AC was critical as we stayed during a heat dome event. Points for comfy beds. Good shower heads. Great private balcony. Sinclair creek trail head around the corner. Deer and frolicking fawn twins, peeping prairie dogs. Highly recommended.
