Lemonade Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for family reunions, group retreats, or vacation with friends.

We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

Guests have access to the entire property while they are staying there.

Proximity to Major Highways:

U.S. Route 11 (Main Street):

Distance: About 4 miles (10 minutes drive)
U.S. Route 11 is a key north-south highway that runs through Radford, connecting the area to nearby cities such as Christiansburg, Blacksburg, and beyond.

Interstate 81:

Distance: About 6 miles (10-15 minutes drive)
I-81 is one of the major highways running through Virginia, offering fast access to destinations like Roanoke (about 45 minutes south) or Salem and Northern Virginia to the north.

U.S. Route 460:

Distance: About 8 miles (15 minutes drive)
U.S. Route 460 connects Radford to other regional areas, such as Blacksburg, and offers access to areas further east, like Lynchburg.

There is a gate at the beginning of driveway, parking is allowed in-front of the home in circular driveway.


This home has direct TV, all directions and remote are labeled for guest use on the entertainment system. The surround sound is all over the home, and outlets are placed for you to use, to turn that off and on in designated areas.
The dock and side of back deck has the ability to use the radio source that is located on the dock, in boathouse closet.
Guests have access to the lower level outdoor closet that has life jackets, and floats.
There is 3 adult ( 1 is a double), and 3 child size kayaks.
There is a charcoal grill in that lower level outdoor closet available.
The main dining room table has a leaf, and is able to accommodate to 12 people.
There is a twin size trundle bed located on the lower level closet (extra sheets can be found for that in closets).
Wine coolers are located in butlers pantry on main level, and lower level kitchenette .
Corn hole boards are located in lower outdoor closet.
There is a fire pit located under the covered gazebo.
There is both a Keurig and regular coffee maker in main kitchen
There are two washer and dryers in the home, both available for guest use. (in mudroom on main level, and behind closet doors at the bottom of stairs on lower level).
There is a key lock box on outdoor post at the gate entrance if you desire to lock the gate. PLEASE put the key back and leave the gate OPEN when leaving.
There is a backup generator that will operate lights, and refrigerators. (it will come on automatically if needed.)
There doors going to outside (except front door) are spider lock doors, that means when you unlock the deadbolt push the handle DOWN to open. (lifting up the handle will trigger locks that come out of the perimeter of the door into doorframe.)

Owners are open to allowing "events" such as a party of 25, and a wedding of up to 50 people. Please reach out in your inquiry if this applies. (the traditional cleaning fee will change based on this inquiry)

Propane (for grill):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.
