We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.
Our property is ideally situated near several major attractions:â
Radford University: Approximately 1 mile away, about a 3-minute drive.â
Claytor Lake State Park: Around 10 miles away, roughly a 15-minute drive.â
Virginia Tech: Located in Blacksburg, approximately 14 miles away, about a 20-minute drive.â
These proximities make our property an excellent base for exploring the region's educational institutions and natural beauty.
All areas of the home and property are open for guests use
This cozy single-story home offers a comfortable and inviting stay with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Master Bedroom â Features a King-size bed with ample natural light and a peaceful ambiance.
Second Bedroom â Includes a Queen-size bed, perfect for relaxation.
Third Bedroom â A cozy space with two twin beds, great for kids or solo travelers.
Bathrooms â Two full bathrooms conveniently located, one near the master bedroom and another in the hallway.
Kitchen â A modern, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of storage.
Living & Dining Area â An open-concept space with a plush sectional, TV, and a dining table for shared meals.
Outdoor Spaces â Enjoy the covered front porch with rocking chairs or relax on the private backyard deck.

Our property at 594 Thirteenth Street, Radford, VA, offers convenient access to major highways:â
Interstate 81 (I-81): Approximately 4 miles south, accessible via State Route 232 (Main Street).
U.S. Route 11 (US 11): Easily reachable within Radford, connecting to nearby towns and cities.
Guests can park in the driveway. up to 3 cars are allowed, one having to park off the road in-front of the home.
- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.
- Do not run air conditioning with doors open.
- There is a Ring doorbell that faces directly out from the door.
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.
- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then
asked to leave on the second violation.
-Please park in driveway or in front of home off the road behind the mail box
-Please turn off all lights when leaving the home (inside and outside)
-Only flush toilet paper down toilets
-3 cars max for property
- Trash is to be stored outside in cans at the road to the left of driveway when checking out.
- No Pets allowed
- Coffee Maker (Regular Pot)
-Propane (for grill use):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.
