The property is conveniently located just 100 meters from the main road, facilitating access, and 200 meters from a small shopping center and a gas station for added convenience. The house has 3 full bathrooms AND a well-stocked library awaits you!

The rental can include cleaning service if required. Bed and bath linens are included (sheets, bath towels, and hand towels).

This property occasionally serves as a venue for community cultural projects and has been adapted spatially and aesthetically through artistic interventions and with great care in the ornamental plants.

As a guest, you can use all the property's facilities, including a barbecue area with a grill and eco-friendly oven, and a covered gallery; also a large garden and a covered parking space for one vehicle. If you are traveling with children, you can use toys, a playpen, a stroller, and other accessories if needed.

We will always be available for whatever our guests need, but we prefer to let them have privacy and tranquility; the house is organized in an accessible way so that guests can enjoy it without any inconvenience.
