ApartmentB is a 6-bed vacation home for rent in Torre Suda, for vacations within walking distance of the Salento sea.

The solution is located on the basement floor of
a villa and is completely autonomous. In common with the house on the
upper floor are only the exteriors and the entrance gate.
A car
gate opens onto the chute leading to the apartment`s entrance. Here, on
the ramp, it is possible to park the car. Before the entrance there is a
small outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining, complete
with barbecue fireplace.
The apartment consists of living room with dining room and double sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 twin bedroom with single beds and 1 double bedroom, plus 1 bathroom with shower.

6-bed apartment is on the basement floor of Villa Serenè, in Torre
Suda, a marina lying on the Ionian coast south of Gallipoli. It is just
200 meters from the sea. All the main services are within walking
distance. The nearest beaches are those of Baia Verde to the north and
those of Torre San Giovanni to the south, both 8 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
