Divided into two floors, with bedrooms upstairs and a living room, dining room, and patio downstairs.
Layout includes four bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and three bathrooms.
Two desks and a safe. Excellent for a home office.
Located in a condominium complex with an excellent location. Tree-lined boulevards, shops, cafes, and restaurants. A few meters from Los Arcos de Queretaro, a landmark of the city.

Other Things to Note:
- There is no garage for cars, you must park on the street, there are surveillance cameras.
- Access and laundry facilities are shared common areas.
- The full occupancy accommodation means that one of the guests will sleep on a sofa bed.
- There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
- There are desks in several rooms of the house in case you need to catch up on any work during your stay.
- The property has some minor stains in certain areas of the floor that do not affect the overall comfort of the space.
