A generous outdoor terrace offers enchanting views and luxurious lounge areas to enjoy them from. 2 sets of double doors slide open to connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The open concept design in the family room, dining room, and kitchen make family and friends visits comfortable for shared experiences.

Enjoy 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath and ample closet space/walk-ins. Both bedrooms offer queen beds. Both bathrooms include a spacious shower.

You will find elegant, modern design details throughout the space. All furniture is high quality and comfortable and invites ultimate relaxation. Every modern amenity and convenience has been integrated in the home including all kitchen appliances, high-speed WiFi, cable TV & apps, and security within gated entry and double lock doors. The home is decked out with ample closets and storage space throughout the home so you can enjoy vacation without the clutter. Plush towels, linens, and additional bedding is available for your lounging and sleeping preferences.

Costa Cajun condo guests can enjoy complimentary premium access to the best spot on Espadilla beach at the Blue Horizon beach club, with swimming pool to enjoy in front of the beach. Included in the rate is lounge beds and canopies for all guests. There is also parking, restrooms, changing rooms, and showers available for our guests’ convenience.

Kindly note: In the event that any beach or pool towels, or rain umbrellas are lost or not returned upon check-out, a replacement fee of $20.00 USD per item will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

A private chef with full meal plan and daily maid-service available upon request. Spa services can also be provided on-site upon order. A private driver can also be accommodated as needed. Additionally private yoga instructors can also provide exercise instruction on-site. Pacifico Colonial is nestled within the vibrant Costa Rica community of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The home is closest to San Jose Airport, which is a 25/30-minute small plane ride (private and public charter options available), or a 3-hour drive.

In addition to luxury villas, Blue Horizon Costa Rica also owns an adventures, excursions, and luxury transportation company. For an additional fee, surf lessons can be provided that can accommodate a wide range of experience, including children and families, beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Paddle boards can also be rented. The beach is a short 2-mile drive from the villa.

Blue Horizon offers a variety of other incredible experiences to enjoy including high-end sport fishing from the marina, whale-watching in season aboard a comfortable yacht, sunset boat cruises, ATV trails, horseback riding, zip lining, whitewater rafting, coffee tours, chocolate tours, and the great destination of Manual Antonio National Park. A farmer’s market, The Feria, is open on Fridays and Saturdays. Check out Quepos for beautiful local artisan-made products including art, home accessories, clothing, and more.
