The Space:
Our home is brand new (Dec 2022) and is very modern. It's cozy, yet feels very spacious with two generous bedrooms.

The views are simply world-class. There's no other way of saying it. Perfect, uninterrupted views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu... yet walking distance (800 m) into downtown Queenstown, the "Adventure Capital of the World!"

You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change througout the day over the mountains and the lake as the sun rises and sets.

Relax after a day skiing or hiking, or sit and the luxurious leather chairs or sofa while you sip a delicious glass of amazing local New Zealand wine.

Enjoy unlimited high speed wi-fi on our 50 inch smart tv or on your personal devices.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 Super King Size Bed that can be split into 2 Singles
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds that can be zipped together to form 1 Super King Size Bed
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly.

We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-star hotel grade linen and towels, along with high quality pillows for all beds.

Please, no pets, no parties and no smoking indoors.

A maximum of four guests are allowed. At least one of the guests must be over the age of 25.

We have an identical 2 bedroom house to this one right next door, with the exact same dimensions, size, finish and furniture... ideal for larger groups who want to stay close together, yet have privacy as well.

We also have a three bedroom house right next door too... It has the exact same fantastic views and sleeps 6 people, though it has different, yet similar furniture in the living and dining room.

Amenities include: Crockery, cutlery, hair dryer, high quality bed linen and towels, washing machine, clothes dryer, internet connected flat screen tv, microwave, smoothie blender, toaster, heating, air conditioner, high speed fibre internet access, dedicated parking space for one car, abundance of off street parking also available. Suitable for children.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

Getting Around:
Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 800 m walk to the shops and restaurants.
The closest Orbus bus stop is about 500 metres away, in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.
