Neighborhood
Located at the top end of a quiet street close to downtown Queenstown. The lake is located at the bottom of street. There is easy access to Frankton Road and ski bus stops. Perfect spot to base yourself.
Access
You are sent lockbox codes 3 - 5 days prior to your arrival with clear instructions on how to access the property.
Guests have access to the garage for storage of ski's, bikes, golf clubs etc - you cannot park a vehicle in the garage.
Parking is available for 1 vehicle on the driveway

For those of you who need to work while on holiday or have studying students there is a separate office located near the entrance giving you space with peace and quiet.
The master bedroom and ensuite are on the top level with expansive windows to take in the amazing views. The Study and sunroom on on the entrance level. Drop down a flight of stairs to the Kitchen, dining, living room, powder room and balcony before going down another flight of stairs to the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry & casual lounge area. Such a well spaced out house.

Bed 1 (Upstairs - Master Bedroom with ensuite) = King bed
Bed 2 (downstairs) = Queen Bed
Bed 3 (downstairs) = 2 singles (cannot be joined)
Bed 4 (downstairs) = 2x Singles (can be made as one king upon request)

If you are after heat in the winter & cooling in the summer this house has you covered individual Reverse Cycle AC units in all bedrooms, the study and both lounges. And the added bonus of underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the feature gas fire and additional wall heaters and portable tower fans. You are not going to want to leave!
Transit
Although it is always good to have a car in Queenstown it is not essential to have one when staying at 18 The Terrace. Town is walking distance (about a 15-20 minute walk depending on how many photo stops you take along the way). There are local & ski bus stops about 550m away on Frankton Road.
Please note there is no parking available at the house.

Bedroom 4 bed can be setup as 2 singles or 1 king - please advise at time of booking how you would like this bed setup.
This property has a lot of stairs so is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
There is no parking available at this property.
House Rules
No parties, hens or bucks groups, no antisocial behaviour, no illegal behaviour House must be left tidy with dishes done, rubbish in the bins, wet towels in the bathrooms and all doors & windows locked. Rubbish bins must be put out for collection on designated day - refer to compendium. Per council regulations you are not allowed to use the outdoor areas after 10pm or before 7am. No drones.
Use of Spa - not allowed after 10pm and before 7am. You must put the santiser in the spa every night. Cover must be on and locked when not in use. No glass in spa. Children must be supervised
Use of Pool Table - Do not sit on or put drinks on the pool table. No jump shots, children must be supervised. Any damage will be on charged.
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living area between the hours of 8pm â 8am
