The Space:
Stunning Queenstown Apartment with Lake and Mountain Views

This beautifully presented apartment, centrally located in Queenstown, offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Enjoy majestic views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains, with the added bonus of privacy, as there are no buildings adjacent to the property.

Spacious, Multi-Level Layout
Spread across three spacious levels, the apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The entry level features the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, providing a luxurious and private retreat. Descend 17 steps to the main living and kitchen area, which opens onto a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the views and fresh mountain air.

Modern Kitchen & Comfortable Living
The kitchen is equipped with a large island bench, a wine fridge, and six stools, ideal for casual meals or entertaining. The custom-made 8-seater dining table offers plenty of space for family or group dining. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating and a 55-inch smart TV with Sky and Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The lounge opens to another balcony, featuring comfortable outdoor lounge seating and an alfresco dining table for enjoying meals outdoors.

Private Lower Level
The lower level, accessible via an additional 17 stairs, features two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a King single bed, making it ideal for families or groups. This level also includes a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath, as well as a separate laundry for added convenience.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this stunning Queenstown apartment provides the perfect base to explore all that this vibrant destination has to offer.

We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the home it will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts of Coronet Peak and Remarkables - Just 20 minutes will have from the driveway to Coronet Peak's car parking!

Being located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown, the vibrant cafe, restaurant and nightlife are on your door step. Enjoy the walking tracks located around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or head out on your bike and enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails New Zealand has to offer.

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

Loved the apartment. Everything was perfect and I’d a luxury standard. Aaron was excellent very responsive. I suggest including a hard copy of the pdf file as if you do not have the ability to use your SIM card you are unable to scan the QR code to access wifi.

This place was perfect for our family stay - beautiful apartment, well furnished, great rooms. Close but not too close to the action and only a short walk into town. The views are amazing - we would love to stay here again if we return.

Stunning pad

Loved our stay here. Extremely well appointed, so it's good reason to stay in, cook up a storm and enjoy drinks and the stunning view from the deck. Short walk to town (sure, there's a tough little hill but that's OK) that ensures you can make the most of your Q'town stay. If you're after a practical pad with a bit of luxury, this is the place.
