The Space:
This welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to make the most of its incredible elevated setting. Large windows and open living spaces showcase panoramic views of Lake Whakatipu and the surrounding mountains, creating a stunning backdrop for your stay.
The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Queenstown, with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals together. Each bedroom offers a cozy retreat with quality bedding, while the two modern bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience for groups or families.
Step outside to enjoy the spectacular scenery from the outdoor areas â ideal for morning coffee or watching the colours change across the mountains at sunset.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with Ensuite - located on entry level (can be split upon request)
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed - located on the second level (can be split upon request)
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds - located on the second level (can be made as 1 King Bed)
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if youâd like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Family-Friendly Extras:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Please note this property is accessed via a steep driveway, please take extra care. The property then has an external stair case, and an internal stair case.
Guests have full and private access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
Parking: There is a car port that can fit 1 vehicle, there is also space beside the car port for an extra small passenger vehicle.
Self check-in allows for a smooth and flexible arrival, and on-site parking is available for your convenience.
