Spectacular Views & Comfort in Queenstown!
This property combines 2 spacious townhouses to accommodate larger groups. Sleeps up to 16 guests and is excellent value. With all the modern comforts you need so you can sit back and enjoy the spectacular views Queenstown has to offer.
You can chose either 11 beds or 13 Beds: 3 King Beds, 2 King beds that can both be split into 2 Single Beds plus 6 Single Beds. If you want either of the king beds split into singles you must let us know.

The location of the Townhouse is 4km from the centre of Queenstown and 3.5 km to the Airport. You can walk along the beautiful lake side track and be in town in about 1 hour.
The Space:
The accommodation is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
This property is 2 townhouses (mirror images of each other) If you look at the main photo, 33A is the left half & 33B is the right half.
There is no internal acccess between the 2 connected townhouses, however the entrance doors to each are close to each other.
The bed & bedroom configurations are as follows:
33A - Upstairs, Bdrm 1 = King Bed.
Downstairs Bdrm 2 = King bed that can be split into 2 Single Beds.
Bdrm 3 = Two Single Beds.
Bdrm 4 = King bed with kitchenette & ensuite with a shower and a large bath .
33A has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom upstairs. So there is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
33B - Upstairs, Bdrm 1 = King Bed.
Downstairs Bdrm 2 = Two Single Beds.
Bdrm 3 = Two Single Beds.
Bdrm 4 = King bed that can be split into 2 Single Beds with an ensuite with shower and a large bath.
33B has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom upstairs. So there is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The combined property has 8 Bedrooms & 6 Bathrooms
If you require a High Chair or Porta Cot for a little one, please let us know at time of booking so we can arrange this for you.
Guest Access:
Self Check in - access via keys in Lockboxes located to the left of the 2 entrance doors.
The Neighborhood:
Kindly note our house is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by always keeping noise to a low level, especially between 8pm â 8am. As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
âą No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm â 8am.
â Please be respectful of the neighbours. Our resource consent states that outdoor entertainment areas are not to be used between 10.00pm and 7am.
Getting Around:
There are Ubers, Taxis & a Bus Service.
Ski Season Transport Information. If you are driving from the house, Coronet Peak is about 29 minutes / 20.2 km. To the Remarkables is about 38 minutes drive / 19.6 km. There is Ski Transport by Bus to both mountains which leave from the centre of Queenstown which is 3 km from the house.
Other Things to Note:
Like many homes in NZ, we run the property on 2 x 300 litre hot water cylinders. This means you should all be able to have showers as long as they are not too long. However, if you have many people having longer showers and/or you fill either of the large bathtubs in the downstairs ensuites you will probably run out of hot water. If this happens the cylinder will then require 3 â 4 hours to reheat the hot water supply.
Queenstown has mountain weather, which can mean a cold outbreak, even in Summer. We recommend bringing a wind-proof and water-proof jacket and some warm clothing at any time of the year. Hiring a car is a very popular and convenient way to explore the Queenstown area and beyond. Remember that in New Zealand we drive on the left and our roads are often narrow and twisty. Don't fall into the trap of planning car travel times based on the distance you might be able to cover on a highway at home. The AA (Automobile Association) website offers great information and tips for visitors about driving conditions in New Zealand.
