The Space:
Designed with discerning guests in mind, the home features an open-plan living area adorned with contemporary furnishings and expansive timber decking that invites relaxation amidst native greenery. The executive-style kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a central island, caters to culinary enthusiasts. Accommodating up to eight guests, the property boasts four well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort for all. Additional amenities include a dedicated office space, Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and full laundry facilities.

A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.

Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire residence, including the landscaped gardens and outdoor seating areas. While off-street parking is available, please note that it is limited to one vehicle. For larger groups, alternative parking arrangements may be necessary.

Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, Leisurely on Lomond offers a secluded ambiance while being in close proximity to Queenstown's renowned attractions. Explore the local boutiques, cafes, and art galleries, or embark on adventures to nearby ski fields and vineyards.

Getting Around:
The property's central location allows for easy exploration on foot, with the town center and Lake Wakatipu just a short stroll away. For excursions further afield, having a vehicle is recommended. Please plan accordingly for parking, as on-street options are limited.
