There is one pristine bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet, basin, and mirror. The towel rail is heated. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also available for your convenience.
If needed during your stay in the bathroom for your use is a Samsung washer/dryer. We provide complimentary detergent for your washing.
LOUNGE & KITCHEN:
We hope youâll enjoy spending time in the spacious lounge. Itâs fitted with a heat pump, for your warmth and comfort. The TV has Chrome Cast with several streaming channels to choose from
Youâll find a breakfast bar greeting you on your way from the living area to the kitchen. The table seats 4 people for casual dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. After dining, the dishwasher ensures you spend no more energy cleaning up after dishes.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
On the other end of the lounge is an outdoor area, a highlight in summer. In the morning, you can sit down to a cup of tea or coffee or, enjoy a glass of wine before heading out in the evening.

There is currently a water issue outside the car port that is being investigated with a remedy goal of winter 2025. This is where ground water is seeping up into the driveway.
There is some steps at the back of the carport up to the front door. They are slightly narrow with hand rail. The driveway is short and step from the carpark area up to the foot path. The walk into town is flat and takes 5-10 mins. There are two supermarkets within a 2 min walk of the property.

Being so close to town, the trouble of finding a park is never a problem as you can walk every where.
