Standard Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed (can not be split)

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made as 1 King Sized Bed)

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private use of the apartment, including all living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and balcony. As well as the shared on-site BBQ.



Free off-street parking is available, and access is via self check-in using a secure lockbox or keypad.



The Neighborhood:

The Marina Apartments complex is located on the lakefront in Frankton, halfway between Queenstown town centre and the airport. You’ll find cafés, restaurants, and shopping in nearby Frankton, while the Queenstown Trail passes right in front of the building for easy access to the lake, beaches, and scenic walking and cycling routes.



Getting Around:

Queenstown Airport – 3.5 km

Frankton Shopping Centre – 2.5 km

Queenstown Town Centre – 6.5 km

The Remarkables Ski Field Access Rd – 20 mins



Free parking is included. Bus stops and water taxi services nearby also offer great options if you prefer not to drive.

Maximum of 4 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
