Adjoining the kitchen there is also a pool table which can be enjoyed by guests. Facing West on this first floor the expansive lake views command attention, whilst the East opens up to the beautiful sheltered patio and outdoor entertaining area, complete with a large BBQ grill, an open fireplace, lounge set and a dining area which can be covered by a retractable awning.

There are six bedrooms in this home. Four bedrooms in the main home: the master suite is on the first floor and enjoys a large en suite with bath tub and a generous walk in wardrobe. Upstairs on the second floor, the second bedroom offers spectacular lake views, a large terrace and an in-room bathroom. The third bedroom has garden views and a private bathroom directly opposite across the hall, and the fourth bedroom has a garden view, kitchenette and en suite.
