The Fern Room is a sunny and spacious retreat with big A-frame windows that open up to breathtaking views of the garden and surrounding treescape. Flooded with morning sunshine, this rustic and cozy room is the perfect place to unwind and relax to the fullest.

The Fern Room is located in the accommodation wing of our house and shares a bathroom with one other room. The room features a cozy King bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request. Located just a 15-minute drive from the airport, the Fern Room offers easy access to a variety of outdoor adventures, including the Arawata walking track and rock climbing wall right next door, as well as the beautiful Sunshine Bay beach just a short 5-minute walk away. With plenty of off-street parking and free WiFi, the Fern Room is a convenient and rustic retreat that offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. An airport pickup can be arranged on request.

Our fully equipped kitchen is available for you to use during your stay at Ora Retreat. Help yourself to complimentary tea and coffee and enjoy a simple breakfast of toasted muesli and toast.

We live on site and try to be there to great everyone as they arrive and We will be available for any questions when we are home and contactable via cellphone and email anytime :) we also have two little resident doggos named Indie and Ruby who are highly entertaining
