It’s located on the lakefront, just a minute’s walk away from the popular Frankton Track and brand new marina. The walking and biking track winds along the lake’s edges, connecting downtown Queenstown with the residential Frankton area. Bus stops are close by, there’s a water taxi stop and ample shared parking spaces at this quiet apartment complex.

Just a short walk from the apartment is the historic Boatshed Café – a great place for you to enjoy a snack, sip coffee and watch the boats. Grown-ups will love Altitude Brewing, also a two-minute walk from the apartment. As well as a fantastic range of locally brewed craft beers, you can order pizzas and snacks from local takeaway restaurants to be delivered to the bar.

There is a communal washing machine/dryer under the carport for guest to use. This is an additional charge and only accepts coins. There is also a iron and ironing board in the apartment.

It has its own external door and a lockable internal door as well as a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine and slow cooker.

The room is located at the back of roadside building of the complex and there are 2 gas BBQ at the complex for guests to use.

Parking is free anywhere in the complex except for a few reserved parking spaces.

Please note this is not a lakefront room but has a view of the Remarkables from the window.
