This property is the perfect choice whether you're here for winter skiing or to enjoy the year round vibrant atmosphere of Queenstown with over 150 cafes and bars.
The Space:
Welcome to Grand Alpine Villa â a modern 3-bedroom retreat perfect for up to six guests. With one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, everyone can enjoy their own cozy space. Each room features a heat pump (air con) to keep you comfortable year-round, while modern dĂ©cor and local artwork add warmth and character.
The open-plan living area is made for relaxation, with stunning alpine views and a comfy lounge with a widescreen TV. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.
Step outside to enjoy multiple balconies or the large private patioâideal for outdoor dining or soaking in the changing mountain colours throughout the day. A dedicated utility room includes a washer, dryer, and space to dry your ski gear after a day on the slopes.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed (can be split into 2 Single Sized Beds)
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed (can be split into 2 Single Sized Beds)
Bedroom 3: 2 Singles (can be made as 1 King Sized Bed)
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if youâd like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Parking: Please note that the garage is NOT available for guest use. However, there is sufficient space outside the garage to park two vehicles or even one campervan. As our house is down the end of the driveway, there is some extra space next to our house to park.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full Grand Alpine Villa, if you book the property as the 3 bedroom version there will be 1 bedroom locked.
