The Space:

This beautiful single level fully double glazed home is your go-to place to relax, recharge, and experience sights. Whether you’re having a lazy day chilling or venturing out to take in the attractions of Queenstown, you’ll find exactly what you need for a perfect holiday. The flat roads in all directions are ideal for walking or cycling. You’ll even find a bus stop directly nearby.

(All baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc are available and complimentary. However, these must be requested at the time of booking, as they are not stored at the apartment and cannot be provided last minute)



BEDROOMS:

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep, 4 people. Both bedrooms are furnished with Super-King sized beds. These can both be separated into a total of four king-single beds, upon request at time of booking. There will be a one-off $50 charge for each Super-King bed split.



For optimal rest and rejuvenation, the bedrooms are fitted with luxury bed linens, three comfortable pillows per guest, blackout blinders, and wall heaters for great heating.



Both bedrooms offer ample storage space. Bedside tables have reading lights and multiple power points are avilable so recharging phones is hassle-free.



BATHROOM:

The bathroom contains a shower cubical, toilet, basin, and mirror. The shower has mains water pressure - great for unwinding after a day out and about. There is also a towel rail. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also available complimentary for your convenience.



Behind the bathroom door is where you’ll find both a clothes washer and dryer machine should you need to do some laundry. We provide complimentary detergent for your washing.



LOUNGE & KITCHEN:

We hope you’ll enjoy spending time in the spacious and colourful lounge. It’s fitted with a heat pump, for your warmth and comfort. The rugs and comfortable sofa invite you to socialize, put your feet up and relax, enjoy a book from the shelf, or sit back and enjoy the Smart TV where you can utilise your own favourite streaming service accounts like Netflix.



The Samsung Flat screen Smart TV is connected to our super-fast and unlimited internet. If you bring along a USB with your own music and movies, plug it in for customized entertainment.



You’ll find a tall breakfast bar table and stools which can seat 4 people.



The kitchen is fully equipped with industrial grade appliances including a microwave, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. You’ll find plates, dishes, cutlery, utensils, as well as complimentary tea, coffee, and basic cooking spices tucked away in the cupboards and drawers. After dining, the dishwasher ensures you spend no more energy cleaning up after dishes.



OUTSIDE SPACE:

At the entrance to the apartment is a small grass outdoor area, a highlight in summer. In the morning, you can sit down to a cup of tea or coffee or, enjoy a glass of wine before heading out in the evening.



The apartment has its own covered private parking space adjacent to it. This is for your use during your stay.

You’ll have full access to the entire apartment during your stay. You can be assured of complete privacy. We can arrange to greet you on arrival to ensure you have everything you need and to give details on how things work in the apartment. Alternatively, If helpful, we can arrange a meeting after check-in to answer any additional questions about the apartmant or the surrounding area, but that is at your discretion. We fully understand that some travelers want to socialise with their hosts and ask for advice, while others simply wish to switch off and settle in after their travels.

The Neighborhood:

You are located within Queenstown central, but away from the noise. It is a flat walk in all directions from the apartment to all amenities. Queenstown Bay, Skyline Gondola and Luge, and Queenstown Gardens. If you want to cycle everywhere, or are a keen of road mountain biker this location is perfect. There are two good supermarkets within a five minute walk. We are less than 15 minutes by car to Coronet ski field, a ten pin bowling alley and amusement centre.



Getting Around:

Our apartment complex is directly next to a public bus stop, also next to a pick up point for Coronet ski fields. You'll likely choose to walk everywhere in town!

Alternatively, a taxi is a cost effective way to travel if zipping just out of town, or further afield. "Uber" or Queenstown Taxi's, are in our experience both very good!

If you want to hire a off road bike in town, its less than a 5 minutes flat cycle back to the apartment.



Interaction with Guests:

When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!

Girls long weekend getaway

Great wee property, everything we needed for our getaway to Queenstown. Great location easy 5 minute walk to town. Lovely comfy beds, plenty of heating, lights and heaters on when we arrived which was a nice welcoming touch. Would stay again!
