Each bedroom has been thoughtfully created to provide both comfort and privacy, featuring its own ensuite bathroom so every guest can enjoy personal space and convenience throughout their stay.



The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation both easy and enjoyable, offering a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils you might need during your visit.



For added comfort, the apartment offers unlimited free WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV in the living area, a second TV in the main bedroom, heaters in each bedroom, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.



You’ll also find full laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, plus free parking within the complex. Guests can enjoy access to communal BBQ areas, perfect for socialising and making the most of the lakeside setting.



The complex is ideally located just a 10-minute drive from the heart of Queenstown or a scenic 5-kilometre walk along the Frankton walking and biking track that runs beside the lake. This perfect balance allows you to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Queenstown, while still providing a peaceful retreat to unwind in the evenings.

We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean linen and towels. We only use environmentally friendly and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure we are doing our bit for the planet. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced; if you require servicing we can arrange this for you for an extra fee.
