Located directly in the centre of Quedlinburg in a cul-de-sac and only a few steps away from the historic market square.
Your non-smoking holiday flat is equipped with the most modern comforts. The entire flat is heated with underfloor heating. A great flat screen TV (Magenta TV) and a mini stereo system are available for use. Your high-quality and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer combination as well as coffee machine, kettle and toaster leave nothing to be desired.
In the two bedrooms you sleep in a high-quality box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. (partly with electric frame adjustment). A modern genuine leather sofa with sleeping function for 1-2 additional guests is located in the living room.
Internet access with W-Lan is free of charge. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, washbasin, WC and towel dryer. There is a window in the bathroom.
There is also a guest WC with washbasin.
A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron is also available for guests' exclusive use.
A sunny balcony with comfortable furniture invites you to linger.
Your holiday flat is located in a historic old granary in the town. The building is around 13 metres high, making it quite imposing. Nevertheless, it is not particularly conspicuous in the cityscape, as it is located in a cul-de-sac, albeit only a few steps away from the Pfeifer bookshop in HeiligegeiststraĂe. The warehouse was built in 1904, making it 112 years old. After much effort, it has now been converted into a residential building with 8 flats. During the renovation, great importance was attached to preserving the old building fabric and ecological construction.
