Welcome to this impeccably renovated 3-bedroom penthouse in the heart of Old Quebec — perched on the escarpment on the top floor of a beautifully converted historic hotel, with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the port, the St. Lawrence River, and the mountains beyond, all enjoyed from your own private balcony. Steps from the city's best attractions yet tucked in a peaceful corner of town, this is Old Quebec living at its finest.

Please note there is no on-site parking. However, free underground parking for one vehicle is available just an 8-minute walk away (approximately 500 meters). An access card is provided in the unit — please note the height limit for the facility is 1.85 meters. (CITQ Registration #007825)



The Space:

This stunning top-floor penthouse offers three spacious bedrooms and sweeping views that will genuinely take your breath away. Impeccably renovated, the space blends the timeless character of Old Quebec's heritage architecture with fresh, modern finishes — a truly special place to call home during your stay. Step out onto the private balcony and drink in panoramic views of the port, the St. Lawrence River, and the mountains.

Please note there is no elevator — the apartment is on the 4th floor. We promise the views are worth it!

You'll have full, private access to the entire penthouse — including the private balcony — for the duration of your stay. Self check-in instructions and all the details you need will be sent ahead of arrival.



The Neighborhood:

You're right in the heart of one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Canada. The iconic Chñteau Frontenac is just a 5-minute walk away, and the boutiques, restaurants, and bars of Rue Saint-Jean and Cîte de la Fabrique are only steps from your door. Despite being so central, the street is quiet and residential — the perfect mix of peaceful retreat and vibrant city life.



Getting Around:

Old Quebec is wonderfully walkable and the city's best attractions are right on your doorstep. For trips further afield, Uber and taxis are easy to find and the most convenient way to get around. Free underground parking is available just an 8-minute walk away (please note the 1.85-meter height limit).

Please be aware the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator — guests should be comfortable with stairs. Great location and the outside patio/view were terrific. The apartment is very nice and clean but a couple of beds are outdated. The building is just okay and could use some updating and less air freshener. But the unit was worth it and we had a great stay.

Its a great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Just be aware that it is up several flights of stairs. It was no problem for us but might be an issue for someone with mobility issues or very small children.

The Perfect Christmastime Getaway

We had the most amazing time in Quebec City and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was spacious, clean, and centrally located. It was easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants, the Chateau Frontenac, and the Christmas Markets. We truly felt it was the perfect location! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed relaxing on the couch in the mornings and evenings. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Quebec!

Perfect Christmas Experience

We were excited to experience Quebec City during the holiday season. I was traveling with my two teenage children and family friends. This apartment was perfect! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and within walking distance to everything. We had such a wonderful time during our visit that we would love to come during the summer and we would absolutely want to stay here again.
