Welcome to this exquisite 2 story apartment nestled in the heart of Old Quebec City. This beautifully renovated historical building filled with rustic charm offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of living space and a kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.

Situated on a cute street, the rental offers easy access to all major attractions in Old Quebec City and everything is within close proximity and easy access to a free nearby parking facility.

Please note that there is no parking available on-site. However, we provide free underground parking for 1 car near the hotel, which is just a short 5-minute walk (approximately 350 meters) away. An access card is available in the unit for the parking facility, and please be aware that the height limit for vehicles is 2.30 meters.

The location of this beautiful home truly couldn't be better! Even being here in the winter while cold and snowing (and with two small children), the walkability was fantastic, placing us in prime walking distance of most everything we wanted to see and do in the city. The home itself is stunning and so well laid out! And the host was very responsive when we had questions, made check-in a seamless process, and was generally kind and gracious, making accommodations for us and our baby upon request. A terrific place to stay when visiting!

Location - Location...but not at the expense of peace and quiet. This property is in the middle of a one way street with little car or foot traffic. Yet a 1/2 block from the beginning of the sites and restaurants. Spacious and well lit with all the necessary amenities.

Location was the best! So easy to walk to all the best restaurants and shops and historical sites. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Management could have done a better job of communicating remote parking and WiFi password communication. We would definitely stay at this apartment again!

Stayed in this beautiful apartment with 2 friends and 1 friend also rented the apartment below. Had a wonderful time. Everything was within walking distance and the home was cozy, clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Townhome!

We had an amazing stay at Sandy's townhome. The location was ideal, the amenities were excellent, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautifully updated. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning!

Beautiful stay in old Quebec City

Beautifully appointed condo. Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Parking pass available which was essential as we drove to Quebec City. Location was an easy walk to restaurants, shops and major site seeing destinations.
