We recently stayed at this property and, while the area is beautiful, it did not meet expectations. The listing states it accommodates 10 people, but the home only sleeps 8 comfortably. For our group of 6 adults and 4 children, there was an added fee per night over 6 people. The âextra bedsâ were thin mattresses without bedding. These were so uncomfortable they were comparable to sleeping on the floor. On arrival, we found the home understocked with essentials: almost no toilet paper, no extra garbage bags, little paper towel, limited dishwasher tablets, and not enough pillows. When I contacted the host, he initially told me to buy toilet paper and he would reimburse me. Only after I insisted was I given access to a supply room via the concierge. Communication was questionable. The host requested we speak on the phone prior to booking to go around Vrbo. He also attributed extra guest charges to Vrbo policies (not accurate). After our stay, we were offered a small refund for the "mishaps", which felt inadequate. Misleading sleeping arrangements, limited supplies, and poor communication made for a disappointing experience, and we would not book here again.
